HypnoMenopause® combines hypnosis, mindfulness and CBT to help women manage their experience in a completely natural way.
In clinical trials, hypnotherapy has been shown to alleviate hot flushes by up to an incredible 74%, in addition to helping reduce anxiety, depression, support weight management, build confidence and self esteem, improve sleep and sexual function.
As a Specialist HypnoMenopause® Practitioner, I work with women just like you.
I will guide you through a 1:1 programme, designed specifically for your needs, that will include hypnotherapy, CBT, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness.
The first step in our work together will be a consulatation, during which I will answer any questions you have.
Following your consultation you will have up to five sessions, run over consecutive weeks, where we will work on different aspects of your experience.
