My Story
Hi, my name's Gaynor and my aim is to guide my clients in finding their own pathway and solutions to a broad spectrum of personal issues.
I have always been fascinated by the human mind and behaviour, and having overcome my own personal issues with anxiety and insomnia with the help hypnotherapy, a passion was ignited in me to delve deeper into its uses and to study for my Diploma.
Hypnotherapy helped me to manage and understand the feelings I was experiencing, and it equipped me with techniques to find a sense of calm and control in my life. We all go through challenging times, and we all have a story to tell… I want to listen to and understand yours.
Welcoming treatment sessions
I offer confidential, relaxed, and welcoming treatment sessions from my comfortable and private therapy room in Botley, Hampshire.
I am fully insured and hold a DBS certificate so I can work with both adults and children. I am also registered with the the National Council for Hypnotherapy - member number 10185.
As a registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) one of the main bodies overseeing the accreditation and registration of hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom. This means I have met their criteria for qualified and experienced therapists and that I work in accordance with their ethical framework. In order to maintain accreditation I continue to learn with at least 20 hours of professional development each year.
