Unwanted and unhealthy habits can take an overwhelming place in our lives, creating a negative impact on work, school life, and on relationships with the people we love.
Often bad habits become a burden on us and others can judge us harshly, perceiving the habit as socially unacceptable.
Everyone is different and will have different triggers and exhibit different symptoms, and as such will tailor a treatment plan specific to you, considering also your lifestyle, values and beliefs.
